He is giving the keynote speech at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta financial markets conference in Georgia
Given the subject matter it would seem unlikely there'll be comments from Fischer on the economy or monetary policy. But. I'll exercise patience until I am reasonably confident on the headlines. After that my interest will taper off. (OK, I'll get my coat)
