Canada February new housing price index from Statscan

• Prior was +3.1% y/y
• Prices up +0.4% vs +0.2%

Housing in parts of Canada is out of control. Where I live, it's up something like 30% y/y. Everything is selling for +$50,000 over asking at minimum.
