Bank of Japan Governor Kuroda had lunch with Japanese PM Abe today
Deep fried pensioner was apparently on the menu, but I digress.
Kuroda now speaking with the press:
- Discussed the domestic and overseas economic developments, and Bank of Japan comprehensive review with PM Abe
- Did not discuss buying foreign bonds
- No special instructions from Abe, Abe didn't say anything particular on monetary policy
- Meeting was part of regular meetings with PM
