Bank of Japan balance sheet to rise

The details are coming out now. The BOJ is going to buy ETFs at a 3.3T yen pace per year and Japan real estate investment trusts at a 90B yen annual pace. The fresh 0.3 in ETF buying is to offset an old program that was slated to start winding down in April.

The BOJ said the focus of the purchases will be on companies investing in CAPEX and human resources.
