Exiting BOE member Kristin Forbes (and hawk) is giving a speech and says:
- Pound drop has shifted underlying inflation dynamics
- it may be harder to raise rates than in the past
- sees some urgency to tighten monetary policy
- liftoff of UK rates shouldn't be delayed longer
- policy adjustment should still be limited and gradual
