BOC's Poloz: There is too much uncertainty, it's a little too soon to make conclusion on interest rates

Poloz on BNN:

• Trade has very little to do with level of exchange rate, more to do with demand
• Need to see new firm creation, which is happening very slowly

If you read between the lines, they just want to see another month or two of good data before shifting to a hawkish stance.
