Bridgewater All Weather Fund down 6% year-to-date

Reuters reports that Ray Dalio's All Weather Fund was down 1.9% in September and was down 6% through the first nine months of the year. They cite three people familiar with the performance.

Dalio is one of the best-known fund managers and one of the world's richest people. He has a net worth of $15 billion dollars. The All Weather Fund is one of three funds at Bridgewater and is likely the world's largest macro fund with around $70 billion under management. It was previously reported that it lost 4.2% in August.

In 2014, the fund gained 8.6% after fees but it lost 4% in 2013. Since inception in 1996, the fund's annualized return was 8.5% after fees.
